Can not download the newest text on iOS9.1 with iphone6

Excellent, but I can not download the newest text with ver 1.5.1 on iOS9.1 and iphone6. But I can download on iphone5s with same iOS9.1.
Additionally strangely scrolled when I try to select a word.
I cannot access App Store from review windows in VIA.
